Higher ground handling of cooling systems by SR KLim’ at BRED’s Urbagreen site

SR KLim’ installed new cooling systems on higher ground for refurbishment at BRED’s Urbagreen site in Joinville le Pont (Val de Marne - France)

In order to meet the building’s new needs in hot and cold water, a new heat pump (CLIMAVENETA NECSQ/604/SL Weight = 2410 Kg, PF = 165 200 W & PC = 212 600 W) has been installed on the roof, including related network and accessories.

SR KLim’ installed also 3 air-handling units with rotary heat exchanger.
Those will deliver new and hygienic air in both North and South areas of the building, including meeting rooms on the top floor.


Installation details :

- Northern area: The GEA air handling unit is a COM4TOP CL10AVBV type with 2 970 m3/h air flow rate.

- Southern area: The GEA air handling unit is a COM4TOP CQ50IVBV type with 3 915 m3/h air flow rate.

- A N+7 compartment: The GEA air handling unit is a COM4TOP CQ35IVBV type with 2 374 m3/h air flow rate.

- Network hubs rooms are climatized by 3 DAIKIN VRV direct expansion system equipped groups with R410A refrigerant liquid.
