D. Distribution:
- Implementation of variable flow circulators including new distribution networks.
- One network for dual-flow Air Handling Units (AHU) and fan coil (50/40°C water temperature) and one network for radiators (70/50°C water temperature).

E. Control:
- Radiator’s initial temperature control depending on outdoor temperature readings.
- Set time programming for reduced operation outside occupancy period.
