This company was born out of our determination to develop buildings that are sustainable, high-performance and environmentally friendly. These are essential points to be taken into account in view of the constant increase in pollution and the new regulations that will take place in France with RT 2020 french standard.
We design and build 100% autonomous houses (water, electricity, internet, etc.) labelled "passive building" by the PassivHaus Institute. The aim of this certification is to guarantee exceptional living comfort, while reducing the many factors of pollution and CO2 emissions that are decisive criteria for the protection of our beautiful planet. We are currently building another world first with the 1st 100% bio-sourced, 100% autonomous and "Passive Premium" certified.
